We found New Communication Technology

As consultants for the banking industry, we are always looking for new ideas and solutions for our clients. To that end, we recently came across new communication technology that we believe will significantly strengthen the way the industry communicates with its stakeholders, employees and customers.

This new communication tool kit caught our eye, not only because it encompasses all industries, but its introduction is remarkably timed to enhance the financial services industry's ability to communicate effectively with its customer base. At this time, there is a huge disconnect between what the press and politicians are saying about our industry and what is true; the value of simple and personalized communication directly with customers (at a very reasonable cost) is exactly what will serve to correct erroneous rumors and purposeful distortion of the facts.

Just a few of its powerful options convinced us of its common sense effectiveness:
Through combining the power of the radio talk show format with the Internet your company will be allowed to conduct a controlled interactive discussion with thousands of participants at once. From your offices you will, by utilizing the Internet, desktop computing and the telephone, be directly connected with thousands of participants who will need only telephone access. Participants are brought together without being required to dial the phone, codes or plug into web sites....simply answer the telephone.
For example, your company could conduct a Public Relations meeting, hosted by the CEO, to include thousands of your business or preferred customers at one time to discuss the safety and soundness of their deposits. If questions arise during the conversation you can immediately poll the participants and reports will be automatically generated with the results and, further, the entire conversation will be recorded for later review and; there are other options that we aren't even mentioning.

Of course, when we saw the power of this technology we expected the cost to be high. However, to our surprise we found: NO upfront costs, NO maintenance costs, NO added IT costs, and NO minimum usage requirements and, it is proven technology which was used by over 200 politicians during the recent political campaign to host town hall meetings with hundreds of thousands of participants across the US.

If this topic interests you, we would enjoy discussing your thoughts on ways that your organization could benefit from the implementation of this exciting new tool.
